The LeFoyer Banquet Hall, located at 151 Fountain street in Pawtucket RI, is one of our turnkey operations. The Emery family has owned and operated this facility since February 7, 1994. When we overtook the operation, we knew there was a lot of work to be done. The construction of the building was sturdy (originally a bomb shelter), but the interior needed extensive renovations. Any one one could see that this was not a nice place to host an event.
Within months, the exterior was refinished with a large sign, visible from Route 95 installed on the front of the building. Each event room has been completely redone, with new floors, paint and wallpaper, and new ceilings. A new bar was installed upstairs, and facilities were installed downstairs to open a fish and chip restaurant on Fridays. Things were on a roll, and our customers agreed, the LeFoyer Club was now a banquet hall with class, suitable for any event even an elegant wedding.
